The Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (FCCPC) has launched a Merger Notification Portal, to ease its merger notification process.
The portal is a remote filing system for the submission of all merger notifications to the Commission.
The launch was held in conjunction with a stakeholder engagement session at the Radisson Blu Anchorage Hotel, Victoria Island, Lagos on Thursday, October 14, 2021.
