A petrol-loaded tanker fell around Stadium Bridge, inward Ojuelegba Surulere in Lagos state on Tuesday
This was disclosed in a statement made available to WEEKDAYS Smart News by the Public Relations Officer, Lagos State Traffic Management Authority, Adebayo Taofiq.
According to the statement, the accident occurred as a result of brake failure on the part of the truck.
