By this week from 18th February, 2024, it could be Colder with hazy harmattan than usual until August 22nd, 2024.
Its called APHELION PHENOMENON: (the sun will be further away from the earth).
The normal distance between the Earth and the sun is 90 Million Kilometer.
During this phenomenon of APHELION, it will be 152 Million Kilometer.
This Cold hazy harmattan effects may therefore have an impact on the HEALTH of some people.
Humans will experience Mild Fever, Flu, Shortness of Breath etc.
No cause for Alarm…it is normal..
Please do the following to Safeguard your Health:
1. Take a lot of Vitamins to fortify your Immunity.
2. Involve in more Sporting and exercise activities.
3. Drink lots of water to stay Hydrated.
4. Avoid Dusty Environment and use your Nosemask if possible.
