The Secretary to Idah Local Government Councill who doubles as Chairman, Forum of Secretaries, Kogi State, Alhaji has expressed his appreciation to the kogi state governor, His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ododo on the appointment of Hon Acharu Okpanachi as Commissioner for Culture and Tourism .
“I am very much appreciative of His Excellency, Alhaji Usman Ododo on the appointment of Hon Acharu Okpanachi as the Commissioner for Culture and Tourism.
“The appointment is tailored towards rejigging the cabinet for optimum output. The appointee is a grassroots politician having served as ward youth leader of All Peoples Party (APP) between 1999 and 2004 with outstanding performance due to her emotional and political connectivity with the masses.
“I am confident of her ability to add value to the state executive council meetings and will make a good representation.” He concluded.
